I've been walking a TON lately and it's been saving my sanity. Walking is underrated in my opinion, and it's often treated like a consolation prize or "exercise lite." True, it's not a sweaty fast workout but it's really, really good for us - mentally and physically. Plus, it's a great excuse to plow through podcasts and audiobooks. Check out some recommendations I've loved recently toward the end.
